NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Premium Buns Ltd has applied to Rochdale Borough Council for a premises licence in respect of: Sid Street Burgers 98 Whitworth Road Rochdale, OL12 0JJ

The application is for the provision of Late Night Refreshment (supply of hot food to the public, for consumption on and off the premises), proposed Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 03:00.

The record of this application may be inspected at Rochdale Borough Council, Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU, during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the above address by no later than 17.08.2026

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
