What is proposed?

Application for new Premise Licence under Licensing Act 2003

I Karl Munroe have applied on the 20th of July 2026 for a premise licence for the premises known as The Fuse Padel Warburton Lane Partington M31 5TN.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 21:00. Any objections should be made in writing no later than the 17th of August 2026 to: Trafford Licensing Authority, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Rd Stretford M32 0TH. Licensing@trafford.gov.uk. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a level 5 fine on the standard scale which is unlimited.
