Application for a Premises Licence

I Tom Rabbetts do hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of The Garden at Pilsdon, Batts Farm, Pilsdon, Bridport, DT6 5NY.

The licence is to allow Licensable activity,

(a) The sale by retail of alcohol, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between the hours of 10am and 4pm and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 10am and and 11pm.

(b) The provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music), Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between the hours of 10am and 4pm and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 10 and 11 pm.

(c) The provision of late-night refreshment, Saturday 23:00 to 00:00

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, during normal office hours at: Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 7th August, 2026.
