What is proposed?
Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Arc Inspirations Limited in respect of premises known as Manahatta, 10 Temple Street, Birmingham, B2 5BN, applied to Birmingham City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music and performances of dance) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 02:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
To extend Late Night Refreshment from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:30 the following morning.
To amend Condition 4 of Annex 2 to read: "A minimum of 2 door supervisors shall be on duty from 20:00 hours on days that the premises operate until 03:00 hours. At all other times, the use of door supervisors will be risk-assessed and communicated to the police licensing department".
To amend Condition 8 of Annex 2 to read: "The premises will operate a last entry time which is limited to new entrants, not to persons re-entering after going out to smoke. The last entry time will be operable at 02:00 hours on Sunday to Thursdays and 03:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays".

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing and sent to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk on or before the following date: 17 August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
