What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited has applied to Newcastle City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ivy and Ivy Asia, 102 Grey Street, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 6AG.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. The Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Recorded Music from 08:00 hours to 01:00 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors Only);

2. The Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to 01:00 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors and Outdoors);

3. The Sale of Alcohol from 08:00 hours to 01:00 hours Monday to Sunday (On and Off Sales);

4. Opening Hours from 08:00 hours to 01:30 hours Monday to Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.

Representations must be received by 14th August 2026.
