Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Arc Inspirations Limited in respect of premises known as Banyan, Unit 4, The Corn Exchange, 37 Hanging Ditch, Manchester, M4 3TR, applied to Manchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to add the provision for off sales by retail of alcohol. No other changes are being made.
