APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Under Section 17 of the Act)
I am applying for a licence for the following at 2 Pier Road, Withernsea, HU19 2JS:
Sale of alcohol both on and off the premises Monday- Sunday 11:00-23:00 (until 1am on New Years Eve).
Late night refreshment both indoors and outdoors Monday- Sunday 23:00-23:30 (until 1am on New Years Eve)
Provide regulated entertainment
The Licensing Register may be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m.- Monday to Thursday (4.30p.m on Fridays) except public holidays or on the below link https://www.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-andregistrations/ licensing-applications/
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to Licensing Authority East Riding of Yorkshire Council Cross Street Beverley HU17 9BA OR TO:- licensing@eastriding.gov.uk BY 11th August 2026.
