Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 16th July 2026 and will commence its consultation on the 17th July 2026. Applicant: Impala Family Butchers Limited. Address of premises: 167 Shirley Road, Southampton, SO15 3FG. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off & on the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Consumption alcohol off the premises Mon to Sun: 10.00 to 18.00 hrs. Consumption alcohol on the premises Saturdays: 14.00 to 21.00 hrs. Consumption alcohol on the premises Sundays: 14.00 to 20.00 hrs.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 13th August 2026. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
