What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure
Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Park Hotel,
Wadsley Lane, Sheffield, S6 4EB applied to Sheffield City
Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the premises licence
to permit the sale of alcohol in an external area as shown
outlined and hatched red upon drawing number 86/L1C
attached to the application. A mobile bar will be positioned
from time to time within this external licensed area. The
hours of operation for the external licensed area will be
10:00 to 22:00 hours Mondays to Sundays. 2. To amend a
condition of the premises licence regarding customers
entering the premises with sealed/unsealed containers
(Condition 4 under Annex 3). 3. To update the telephone
number of the premises upon the licence to 0114 233 8293.

application must be received in writing by, Licensing
Service, Sheffield City Council, Block C, Staniforth Road,
Depot, Staniforth Road, Sheffield, S9 3HD or via email to
licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk
no later than 11 August
2026 stating the grounds for representation.
