Does hereby give notice that on 30 June 2026 served application on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a proposed new café & bar to be known as:

50-52 High Street, Shoreham-by-Sea,
West Sussex, BN43 5DA.
The application is to allow the following licensable activities:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises The provision of regulated entertainment (indoors) The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors)
The application seeks to allow licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
08:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight)
Monday – Sunday incl.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to:
