PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that DAVID WEBSTER has applied to West Northamptonshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: THE ROYAL OAK, 6 LIME AVENUE, EYDON, NN11 3PG. The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities: * Sale of alcohol by retail for consumption ON and OFF the premises: Monday to Saturday from 11:00 hours to 23:00 hours, and Sunday from 12:00 hours to 21:00 hours. The full application can be inspected at the licensing register during normal office hours at the council offices below, or online at

www.westnorthants.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Team, West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED. Email:

licensing@westnorthants.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 13th August 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
