Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Telford &
Wrekin Co-operative Council on 16 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence
in respect of B&M Store, Unit 11B Telford Forge Retail Park, Colliers Way,
Old Park, Telford TF3 4AG to vary the layout of the premises to allow self-
service checkouts in accordance with the submitted plans; to remove the
current Premises Licence conditions and replace with updated conditions.
The Licensing Register containing a record of the application may be
inspected at the Licensing Offices at the address below and can be viewed
Monday to Friday during normal office hours. Any representation by a
Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to the
Licensing Team, Granville House, St Georges Road, Donnington, Telford
TF2 7RA. Email:
by 13 August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a
maximum fine that is unlimited.
