London Borough of Southwark - Chapter 72 Ltd - premises licence

Notice of Application to Vary Premises Licence made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 

Please take notice that I / we Chapter 72 Ltd have made application to Southwark Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of: Chapter 72, 72 Bermondsey Street. SE1 3UD 

The Proposed variation is as follows: To Increase our outdoor seating by two additional tables and eight additional chairs to our existing licence. 
To amend condition 343 to increase the number of patrons outside the premises from four patrons to 12 patrons.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk ) and be received by the Service within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below.
