NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
The Danish Pantry, 2 Tilton Court, Digby Road, Sherborne, Dorset DT9 3NL
Notice is hereby given that Holly Pawsey has applied to Dorset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The premises will operate as a licensed café serving specialty coffee, cakes, light meals and alcoholic beverages.
The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises): Mon to Wed, Sun: 12:00 noon – 20:00 Thur to Sat: 12:00 noon – 21:00
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority: Licensing Authority Dorset Council
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority within 28 consecutive days beginning on the day after the application was made.
The closing date for making written representations/objections is 14/8/2026
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine if convicted of such an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003.
