NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th of July 2026 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Cornwall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains Truro (former Homebase), Unit 4, Treliske Retail Park, Cornwall TR1 3LN. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 07:00 to 23:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than the 12th of August 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cornwall Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
