APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Moke Enterprise Limited has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for the variation of the Premises Licence in respect of: The Brickstone Tasty Korea Restaurant 256–258 Brixton Road
London SW9 6AQ. The proposed variation is: To extend the hours for the Sale of Alcohol – 11:00 until 03:30. To extend the hours for The Provision of Regulated Entertainment. From 17:00 until 03:30. To extend the hours for Late Night Refreshment. From 23:00 until 03:30. To extend the opening hours of the premises. From 11:00 until 04:00. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Authority during normal office hours or via the London Borough of Lambeth's licensing register. 
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, London Borough of Lambeth, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1EG.
Email: licensing@lambeth.gov.uk Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than: 03 August 2026.
