FRIDAY, SATURDAY BETWEEN 23.00 HRS - 02.00 HRS
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington BB5 0PF. The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington BB5 0PF by 6th August 2026
