APPLICANT - DLC FOOD HUB LIMITED PREMISES - Dempseys, 106, Banks Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 0RE
An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:- Sale of alcohol on the premises, Monday to Sunday between 12.00 and 22.00 hours.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey or can be viewed online at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-andrepresentations. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@wirral.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 18th August 2026, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
