LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that GES Group (NW) Ltd has applied to Wirral Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Coast, 86 Victoria Road, New Brighton, Wallasey CH45 2JF.
The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 23:00.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Office, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED, or online via Wirral Council. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED, or by email no later than 7th August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine if convicted of such an offence.
