What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by ARC Space (Nottingham) Limited in respect of premises known as ARC Space located at Western House, 17 Western Street, Nottingham, England, NG1 3AZ to Nottingham City Council on 16 July 2026 for the variation of a premises licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 00:00 on Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 to 02:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 on Sundays to Thursdays and 23:00 to 02:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Nottingham City Council, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 13 August 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
