NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by Gorman's Restaurants Limited to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Sandilands, Sutton-on-Sea, Mablethorpe, LN12 2RJ.
The licensable activity, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is as follows:
Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises): Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00.

Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 15 August 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
