LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Angela & Jose Pereira to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as: Los Burritos situated at 16 West Street Boston Lincolnshire PE21 8QH.
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times:
To amend the sale of alcohol for the following days & times: 11:00 hours until 23:30 hours Monday-Sunday.
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours. Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by 06 August 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (Unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application. Dated: 09 Jul 2026
