Sex Establishment Licence Renewal Application

Notice of application for renewal of a sex
establishment licence pursuant to the Local
Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act,
1982, Part II, Schedule 3
Notice is hereby given that Hannah Hastewell has
applied to Preston City Council on Friday 17th July
2026 for the renewal of a licence to use the
premises known as: Perfect 10’s, 10 Lune Street,
Preston, PR1 2NL.
Any Person wishing to object to the application
must give notice in writing of such objection to:
Preston City Council, Licensing Services,
Environmental Health Department, Town Hall,
Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL, no later than
14th August 2026. Letters in support should also
be sent to Licensing Services by that date. Please
note that any written representations received in
response to this consultation are likely to be
required to be made available for public inspection
in accordance with the Local Government (Access
to Information) Act 1985.
