Notice is hereby given that OTCO RETAIL LIMITED has applied to Bolton Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as GO LOCAL, situated at 222 Church Street, Westhoughton BL5 3SX.

The proposed licensable activities are the sale of alcohol by retail during the following hours: Mon 07:30–22:00, Tue 07:30–22:00, Wed 07:30–22:00, Thur 07:30–22:00, Fri 07:30–22:00, Sat 07:30–22:00, Sun 07:30–22:00.

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by 13/08/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
