Notice is hereby given that on the 10th July 2026 JTG Agency Ltd applied to Borough of Fylde Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Lytham Sports Club Community Festival, Lytham Cricket & Sports Club, 45 Church Road, Lytham FY8 5QD. The proposed licensable activities will be limited to the supply of alcohol on four consecutive days in July/August annually (from 2027) and regulated entertainment between the hours of 12.00 to 22.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Anne’s, Lancashire FY8 1LW Or by e-mail to: licensing@fylde.gov.uk no later than the 7th August 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Fylde Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday at the above address or at - www.fylde.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
