NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manhattans Ashby ltd has applied for a Premises Licence Major Variation to use the premises to be known as Fitzgeralds, 60a Market Street Ashby de la Zouch LE65 1AN for the purpose of: performance of plays, showing of films, performance of dance, performance of live music and recorded music, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol.

Any objections or representations in respect of the application should be made in writing to Licensing, North West Leicestershire District Council, (NWLDC) PO Box 11051, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 0FW or by email to licensing@nwleicestershire.gov.uk
Representations/objections must be received by 17th August 2026. The applicant will be supplied with copies of any objections. A record of the application can be inspected at the Councils Customer Centre, Belvoir Road, Coalville, LE67 3PD via appointment by contacting licensing@nwleicestershire.gov.uk
