Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the Council address shown above, or by e-mail to: regulatoryservices@guildford.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by (e) 10/08/2026.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that their identity remains anonymous.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
