What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence to be Granted Under the Licensing Act 2003

Deluxe Kebab House Limited is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Deluxe Takeaway, 73 High Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3BQ. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Late Night Refreshment (On and Off) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 05:00 the following morning.

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing by 11 August 2026 and send it to: Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR, or by email to licensing.west@somerset.gov.uk.

Representations must be made and submitted by 13 August 2026.

Alternatively, a copy is kept by: The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm, not including bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
