NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Jheel Holmfirth Ltd has applied to Kirklees Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at: Jheel Holmfirth Ltd 57-59 Huddersfield Road First Floor Holmfirth HD9 3JH

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are:
Monday to Sunday: 17:00 to 23:00

The full application may be inspected by members of the public at the offices of the Licensing Service, Kirklees Council, during normal office hours or online via the Council’s website.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Service PO Box 1720 Huddersfield HD1 9EL

Representations must be received no later than 17 August 2026.
