Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that CARLTON LOUNGE UK LTD has applied to the Hillingdon Borough Council for a new premises licence on 13th July 2026 for Tiger Bay, 1370 Uxbridge Road, UB4 8JJ

The proposed application is to permit Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol (on and off) Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 to 03:00 (day following) and Thursday to Saturday 11:00 to 04:30 (day following).

Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 03:30 (day following) and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 TO 04:30 (day following).

Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays and further non-Standard days are also applied for, as set out in detail within the application. All on such terms and conditions as proposed or may be agreed.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation on or before 10th August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing officer, Regulatory Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge UB8 1UW or by e mail licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.hillingdon.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
