Notice is hereby given that Food Lab Grocery Ltd has applied to Elmbridge Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of:
FOOD LAB WHOLEFOOD, 106 Walton Road, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 0HP
The application is for the following licensable activity: the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises only, Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 22:00.
The register of Elmbridge Borough Council and the record of this application may be inspected at the offices of Elmbridge Borough Council, Licensing Team, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD during normal office hours, or online at www.elmbridge.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Team at the above address, or by email to the Licensing Team via the council website, by no later than 7 August 2026. Representations must be made in writing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
