LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mr Melvin Taylor has applied to Manchester City Council in respect of Cruz 101, 101 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 6DD for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
The purpose of this application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything similar so that they terminate at 06:00 Monday to Thursday. This is an extension of one hour Monday to Thursday. No changes are proposed Friday to Sunday.
Opening hours are also to be extended by one hour so that they terminate at 07:00 Monday to Thursday. Again, no changes are proposed Friday to Sunday.
There are to be no other changes to the licence.
To add conditions in order to further promote the licensing objectives. A full copy of these proposed conditions can be obtained from viewing the application held by Manchester City Council Licensing Authority and available to view upon request.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Manchester City Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
