NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for a Full Variation to Premises Licence under the above Act on 07.07.2026

Applicant: Elvis Fowler

Address of Premises: The Bell Inn, Bell Street, Whitchurch RG28 7DD

Proposed Variation: To vary the current premises licence by extending the permitted hours for alcohol sales and opening times. Addition of live and recorded music and late-night refreshment (Indoors only).

Seasonal variations sought for Bank Holidays, Saturdays in December and Christmas Eve, New Years Eve. New full operating schedule to reflect current best practice.

Live Music (Indoors) 12:00-00:00 Friday to Sunday

Recorded Music (Indoors) 12:00-00:00 Mon to Thur 12:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday

Late Night Refreshment 23:00-00:00 Sun to Thur 23:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday

Supply of Alcohol 12:00-00:00 Mon to Thur 11:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to Licensing, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
