Notice is hereby given that an application was made to SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL for a premises licence under the above Act on Wednesday 15th July 2026.

Proposed licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol, Recorded Music, Live Music.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activities: Supply of alcohol: Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs to 00:00hrs.
Regulated Entertainment: Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs to 00:00hrs.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@solihull.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice by 11th August 2026. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement on or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
