APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that I, Mr Daniel Hesketh have applied on 17th July 2026 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Royal Oak, 94 Main Road, Worleston, CW5 6DN for a full variation to provide the following:

To update the plan associated with the licence to include the addition of an outside bar and seating area.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 14th August 2026.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
