Notice is hereby given that on the 13th July 2026, Lyons Holiday Parks Limited have applied to Denbighshire County Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence in respect of Autograph, Lido Beach Holiday Park, Bastion Road, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, LL19 7EU, to facilitate the provision of regulated entertainment, entertainment facilities, the provision of late-night refreshment, the sale by retail and supply of alcohol on/off the premise from 09:00hrs to 01:00hrs Sunday to Saturday inclusive.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Senior Licensing Officer, Planning Public Protection and Countryside Services, Denbighshire County Council, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, LL16 3RJ. Email: licensing@denbighshire.gov.uk. The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority.
Representations can be made between 14/07/26 to 10/08/26.Representations received after this date will not be considered.
NOTE - It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
