An application has been made by D&M 2 Ltd for a variation to a premises licence for The Moniker, 25 Fenchurch Avenue London EC3

The application provides for the addition of films as a licensable activity and the extension of the terminal hour for existing licensable activities to midnight every day

Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing authority at Licensing Service, PO Box 270, Guildhall, EC2P 2EJ. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk by no later than the 11th August 2026

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited
