NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Arch Hotels Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 13 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Admiralty Arch The Mall, London, SW1A 2WH so as to amend condition 12 to allow the use of the 6th floor restaurant terrace for an additional hour for the sale of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment until midnight, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 10 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
