NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT KF Property Holdings Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 14 July 2025 for the grant of a ‘shadow’ premises licence to use the premises at 12-14 Maddox Street, London, W1S 1PH for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films; Recorded Music; and Anything similar), the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Sunday to Monday 10:00-23:30, Tuesday to Wednesday 10:00-01:30 and Thursday to Saturday 10:00-04:30, less 30 minutes for the sale of alcohol, on the same terms as the existing premises licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 11 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
