Notice is hereby given that Alula Three Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 13th July 2026 for variation to the premises licence for The Scotch of St James, Basement and Ground Floor, 13 Mason’s Yard, London, SW1Y 6BU.

The proposed variation is to authorise: Remove condition 65 and replace with ‘No person shall be admitted to the premises less than 1 hour before the end of the licensable activities, save as to persons that have temporary left to smoke, or left to arrange onward transport. No other changes to hours or conditions are sought.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by no later than 10th August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or by email licensing@westminster.gov.uk

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
