NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: ZANAPOLI WOOD FIRED PIZZA, 19 FRONT STREET, MONKSEATON, NE25 8AQ
Notice is hereby given that Mrs Demi Boccardi has applied on the 16th July 2026 to North Tyneside Council for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the supply of alcohol on and off the premises (conditioned) every day 11:00 to 21:30. The opening hours of the premises will be every 09.00 to 22:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6UB.
Representations must be received no later than 13th August 2026. The application Record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at The above address or at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
