LICENSING ACT 2003, Application for a Premises License

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by AZA35 Limited to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known at 35 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7AQ.

Application no. PM00962

The license is to allow Licensable activity, (a) The sale by retail of alcohol, (b) The playing of recorded music to take place indoors.

The operating hours would be as follows: Monday - Sunday 11:00 - 23:00

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, during normal office hours at: Licensing, Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN31 1HU.

You can also view the application online through the public register.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 14th August 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
