British Arena, Stadium Way, Sunderland, SR5 1AT
Notice is given that British Esports Federation Limited has applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Performances of Dance), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (plays)- Every Day (10:00 – 01:00). Provision of Regulated Entertainment (film), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Indoor Sporting Events), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Live Music), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Other Entertainment falling within Act) - Every Day (10:00 – 03:00) Provision of Late Night Refreshment - Every Day (23:00 – 03:00) Sale by Retail of Alcohol - Every Day (12:00 – 03:00)
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way,
Sunderland, SR1 3AA.
A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at
the Customer Services Centre, City Hall.
Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing

licensing@sunderland.gov.uk

no later than
10th August 2026 .
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
