Notice of application for the grant of a

Premises Licence under Section 17 of the

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Leon Kennedy Ltd has applied to Basingstoke and Dean for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 14 Chelsea House, Festival Place Shopping Centre, Basingstoke, RG21 7JR. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 01:00 Monday to Sunday; Opening Hours of 09:00 until 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

Please see the application for full details and non standard timings. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by ad of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH or via email to licensing@basingstoke.gov.uk no later than 5th August 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.basingstoke.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
