NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

That Back A Yard JA Ltd has applied to Canterbury City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Back A Yard JA Ltd, 70 Northgate, Canterbury CT1 1BB.

The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and recorded music. Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00-22:00; Sunday 10:00- 18:00 The application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury CT1 2UR

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing team by 15th August 2026. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
