LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Himan Moloudi

Premises: K2 Off Licence and Mini Market, 2a Bold Street, Liverpool, L1 4DS

Proposed Variation: To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) to Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 04:00 the following day. Also, to amend the hours the premises are open to the public to Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 04:00 the following day. There are no changes proposed to the layout of the premises.

Representations: Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to: Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH, or via liverpool.gov.uk/ licensingrepresentations no later than 13 August 2026.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
