Notice is hereby given that Stevenage Hospitality Group Ltd, has applied for a Premises Licence to Stevenage Borough Council in relation to Ottimo, 17 Middle Row, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3AW, to permit the provision of the following Licensable Activities: Retail Sale Of Alcohol For Consumption On And Off The Premises Monday - Sunday 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs. Live, Recorded Music And Late-Night Refreshments Bank Holidays 23:00 - 00:00.
The Licensing Register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Authority at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 1HN, or by email: licensing@stevenage.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 04/08/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
