We, Franco Cafaro and Elizabeth Davis, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Teignbridge District Council for a new premises license at Ferryboat Lane, Lower Point Carpark, Teignmouth, TQ14 8XZ and known as The Orange Hut (Traveling Italian).
The application is for: The sale of alcohol will be for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday - 12.30 to 22.00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager at Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX not later than: 4 August 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING email is acceptable.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: https://www.teignbridge.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
