What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Beijing Beijing Ltd has applied in respect of Beijing Beijing Ltd, A17 Main Road, Gedney, Spalding, PE12 0BW for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for live music and recorded music ( indoors only) and supply of alcohol ( on and off premises) between Monday to Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, with the premises closing at 10.30pm.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 06/08/2026 to the Licensing Team, South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
