TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I Danica Holden do hereby serve notice on 6th July 2026 that it is my intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as: Drop in the Ocean and The Parlour, Units 16 and 17, Eastbourne Pier, Grand Parade, Eastbourne BN21 3EL for the following licensable activities:
Sale of Alcohol by Retail (on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00. Until 0200 New Years Eve. Regulated Entertainment; live music, recorded music, performance of dance. Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00 (indoors). 10:00 to 21:00 (outdoors) Until 0200 New Years Eve (indoors)
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to

or Licensing Team, Eastbourne Town Hall, Grove Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 3rd August 2026
